Description
Create visual concepts and solutions that support the Netflix website • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conceive and improve the Netflix user experience • Own significant design and production responsibilities of the site under the direction of the design manager • Work with the design team to ensure the consistency and quality of the design system • Art direct projects to refine, develop, and enforce interface design, branding and user experience guidelines • Work with the design team to identify and implement process improvements that make the group more efficient and effective • Contribute to the culture of communication, collaboration and inspiration
